Our 120m² daylight studio in Breda is an open, inviting space defined by 4.5-meter floor-to-ceiling windows facing northeast, filling the room with soft, even light and the occasional sunbeam. Fully furnished with curated vintage design pieces, it blends industrial architecture with a sense of home.

Our kitchen is a calm and practical corner designed for comfort. It includes a fridge stocked with (oat) milk and sparkling water, a Nespresso machine with milk frother, and thoughtfully selected tableware. The moveable RVS-and-wood bar can easily transform the space for MUAH, or set-design.


We’re happy to take care of lunch. On request, you’ll find fresh croissants in the morning and a selection of sourdough bread, fresh toppings, fruit, and salad or yogurt ready when you are.

Our studio is conveniently located on the ground floor, right next to Breda Central Station: just a short walk from the city centre. You’ll find us at Stationsplein 44, Breda (The Netherlands).


By train? We’re only 50 metres from the station entrance.
By car? The A16 and A27 motorways are both within a 10-minute drive, with several parking options nearby.

Parking
The nearest parkinglot is Q-Park Stationsweg, within only 50 metres. See exact location here. Loading & unloading your gear can be done in front of the studio.
