Terms & Conditions

By booking at Source, you agree to the following terms and house rules.

Please treat the space and everyone in it with care.

1. Bookings

Bookings can be made by email at info@sourcebycreatives.com.

Your booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation.

All bookings include setup and cleanup time, and follow these Terms & Conditions and House Rules.

2. Payments & Cancellation

1. You receive the invoice after your booking.

2. Invoices must be paid within 14 days.

3. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your booking.

4. Less than 48 hours: 50% of the fee is charged.

5. No-show: Full price is charged.

6. All prices are exclusive of VAT (21%).

3. Liability

You are responsible for yourself, your team, and any equipment you bring.

Any damage, loss, or theft must be reported before leaving.

You are expected to have third-party liability insurance.

Source is not responsible for injury or damage to personal property.

4. Houserules

1. Please treat the space with care.

2. Your timeslot includes setup & cleanup.

3. No shoes (slippers provided).

4. No smoking or alcohol.

5. No nude shoots.

6. Eat & drink only in the pantry or at the dining table; please wash your dishes.

7. Pets & children are welcome when needed for your shoot.

8. Emergency exits must remain accessible at all times. No open flames or candles allowed.

5. Privacy

Security cameras are used in the studio for safety.

With your approval, Source may share content created in the space for promotion.

6. Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled in Breda, The Netherlands.
